So now I really have NO privacy...ugh!

So...
Here I am at 7:44 on Monday morning. Yesterday was a mess. It was so stressful moving in and trying to fit 3 people in a room that is maybe the size of my sisters room. My internet connection sucked. I spent almost 45 minutes trying to hook up the ethernet cord to my computer only to find out that the laptop was still connecting to my wireless at home.

We skipped the first part of orientaion and went to Applebees and hooked up with the groups later to play ice breaker games. "Hi my name is Cathy and I'm from Hudson..." I don't even remember how many times I had to say that.

Last night we went to the first night festivities and was a waste of time.

My roomies and I came back and watched movies for like 3 hours and then the fun began........

It was 12:30 in the morning the boys that are in the dorm next to us had their music absolutely blaring!!! Then they started screaming and talking really loud. Then...the doors started slamming. Our roomies were all woken up and sitting in their beds saying omg... and my phone when off at 3 AM for 3 different times!


Then.......we wake up this morning and it is absolute silence. But there's a catch...we walk in the bathroom and both toilets are overflooded and the bathroom floors are soaking wet. We dont even know where there is another bathroom to use so here we are all holding it in bc our RA isn't awake yet.

So I'm gonna figure out a way to take a shower, and go to breakfast. We are skipping more orientation stuff today and finding out where our classes are so ...ill be on sometime later but I'm seriously hoping that is today bc we all agree that this whole college this isn't all that cracked up is it is made.

So...I've finally put a list of stuff together that I still need to get for school. It really isn't that much which is kinda shocking. I only have 4 boxes full of stuff and it doesn't look like I have a lot to bring Sunday. But I'll be home next Saturday anyways to get all of the other stuff that I forgot/need so it really isn't that big of a deal.

Auntie sent me a card today and I'm not gonna lie...my eyes filled up with tears<3

I'm getting so excited for school but and increasingly getting more and more nervous. I just want to be there and be on my own schedule.

Last day of work tomorrow!!!

So after many requests to bring back my blogging for my departure to school I figured "what the hay" and start updating everyone on what's going on in my day-to-day life or depending on the day it could in to a week-to-week update so bear with me. :)

Nothing new has been happening lately. I'm on my way to Fitchburg State College in less than 9 days. It is quite exciting but really nerve racking as I step out into this new adventure in my life. I can't wait to see what the end result will be.

I'm ready to get out and be on my own. Although I love my family and friends to death I need to have that separation from them and find out what this whole "life" thing is all about. Ya, I'm probably going to be coming home 2 weekends a month to work and ya I'll probably talk to everyone throughout my time in school but it is a time for me, a time to find out what I want to do with the rest of my life.

It is an adventure I can't wait to embark on...

2 years seems like a lifetime

Something I just whipped up from deep inside...

"Sometimes I wish people would just accept me for who I am. i feel like I am constantly being judged in every aspect of my life. My family, which at one point was the closest thing to me, are slowly fading away. My friends have been selected to a few close friends. My goals in my life have completely changed. Sometimes I just don't understand why I put up with everything that I do. I wish there was just one person who gave a damn about me, about who I am, about where I've been, and where I want to go. I have grown up so much in the past few years, not out of choice but basically because I had to. I need someone who can sit and listen to me vent about everything someonw who can just sit there and listen to all the pain I have bottled up and just let me cry on their shoulder I need to be out on my own and get my shit straightened out. I find myself often crying myself to sleep for what turns out to be no reason but I think it is because I have so much inside that I hide and I feel that at night it is the only time I can let any of it out because I am by myself and no one will see my cry. I tend to look back and see tons of people who were always there and I could count on and that number has dwindled down to a select few. I feel like giving up most of the time and I don't know why I keep trying. It really doesn't matter, because it's never enough."
